This statistic shows the distribution of operational losses in the retail value chain in Chile in 2017, by chain level. In 2017, operational losses in stores in Chile were reported by 52.7 percent of the surveyed companies, while losses in distribution centers were reported by eight percent of the companies.

*The fourteen surveyed companies collectively generated a revenue of around 25 billion U.S. dollars during the survey period. The retail companies included were supermarkets, pharmacies, hypermarkets, department stores and clothing and footwear stores.
