Distribution food and beverage expenditure in food service sector Netherlands 2018
The total expenditure on food and drinks in the food service sector in the Netherlands amounted to roughly 20 billion euros in 2018. In this year, total expenditure in the hospitality sector exceeded that of the leisure and catering sector.The hospitality sector contributed with 73 percent the most to the total expenditure, whereas catering came second with approximately 20 percent of the total expenditure.
