This statistic illustrates the share of individuals consuming aperitifs in Italy in 2019, by type. According to data, individuals preferred a non-alcoholic aperitif, especially as a regular drink, while among individuals who would drink an aperitif more rarely, the percentage gap was smaller: 54.4 percent of them had alcoholic aperitifs and 55.7 percent had a non-alcoholic drink.
