Mobile app categories with highest uninstall rate 2024

From August to September 2024, mobile dating apps on Android reported an uninstall rate of approximately 59 percent. Mobile gaming apps ranked second, presenting an uninstall rate of 52 percent in the examined period. In comparison, mobile apps in the news and magazines category reported lower uninstall rates, 27.35 percent. Additionally, users appeared to be less inclined to uninstall travel apps, with the category reporting an uninstall rate of approximately 29.2 percent.
