The number of permits issued for the purpose of constructing wholesale and retail trade buildings in Turkey fluctuated from 2013 to 2023. In 2022, the number of permits decreased to the lowest value throughout the observed period, amounting to 2,477. In 2023, the figures increased to nearly 3.3 thousand.
