Mexico: bakery products retail sales 2019, by type
Retail sales of bakery products in Mexico were expected to attain a value of close to 20 billion U.S. dollars in 2019. Baked goods were estimated to make up close to 80 percent of all retail bakery sales that year, with a value of nearly 16 billion U.S. dollars. In comparison biscuits and snack products were expected to total 2.5 billion dollars.
