Opinion on responsibility for abusive behavior on social media in India 2018

According to the results of a 2018 survey, around 48 percent of Indian respondents stated that the responsibility for any abusive behavior social media lies with both the users and the social media platform. Around 41 percent of the respondents believed that the responsibility solely lies with the user who has the primary source of the abusive content.
