Lower back disorders (lumbago, herniated disc, other back defections) ranked first among the main diseases and health problems that had been declared by individuals of both genders in the last 12 months in Turkey in 2022. In the majority of health problems suffered by individuals in Turkey, a higher percentage of women experienced the problem compared to men.
