- Perceived capabilities:
percentage of the population aged 18–64 years who believe they have the required skills and knowledge to start a business.
- Fear of failure:
the percentage of the population aged 18-64 years perceiving good opportunities who indicate that fear of failure would prevent them from starting up a business.
- Entrepreneurial intention:
percentage of the population aged 18–64 years (individuals involved in any stage of entrepreneurial activity excluded) who are latent entrepreneurs and intend to start a business within three years.
