Sales of commercial vehicles in the Dominican Republic were estimated at 9.2 thousand units in 2019, up from less than six thousand vehicles a year earlier. Nevertheless, this amounts to less than half the sales registered in 2016, when commercial vehicle sales in the Caribbean country reached the peak of the decade.
