Attorneys belonging to a minority demographic group in United States, composed almost half of the attorney staff employed by the U.S. law firm Berry Appleman in 2021. African-Americans, Hispanics, Asian-Americans, and other minority groups were also well represented in Cole Scott's attorney staff, as the share of minority attorney was well over 40 percent during the same year.

Minority attorneys are defined as Asian-American, African-American, Latino or Hispanic, Native American and self-described multiracial attorneys.
