A survey that was conducted among users of unlimited music streaming services in Japan in August 2023 showed that 480 out of the 1,227 respondents used Spotify, which amounted to a share of about 39 percent. Spotify was the most most commonly used service, ahead of Apple Music and Amazon Music Prime.
