According to the report, the minority workforce at non-Hispanic television stations made up just 27.7 percent of the TV news workforce in the United States in 2021, and was expected to fall to 25.5 percent in 2022. The majority of people working in TV news are Caucasian, and Asian Americans in particular have very little representation.
