This statistic shows a comparison between the average prices of biosimilars and originators in Italy in 2016 and 2017. According to data, the average price of biologic drugs was higher than the one of originators, during both years. However, the graph shows also that between 2016 and 2017 the average price of biosimilars decreased, while the one of originators slightly increased.
