According to a report conducted by BNP Paribas, as of the first half of 2018, land acquisitions costs for warehouses in Hungary were between 75 and 150 euros per square meter, this was the highest cost among the countries observed. It was followed by Czechia, where costs were between 60 and 100 euros per square meter.
