Existing supply of warehouses in France 2021, by region
The existing supply of warehouses space in France was concentrated mainly in Greater Paris, Lille, and Orleans/Tours in 2021. In Greater Paris alone, there were approximately 974,000 square meters of existing supply, of which 795,000 square meters were Grade A space. Lille came second in terms of supply, but first when it comes to warehouses under construction. With the second-highest take-up rate in the country, demand for industrial and logistic space in Lille remains strong.
