Of the leading companies, TJX UK, which trades under 'TK Maxx', has the highest median gender pay gap, at 8.9 percent. This means that when comparing median hourly rates, women earn 91 pence for every one British pound earned by men. In comparison, Debenmas, Primark and Sports Direct reported that median hourly rates in the company were at the same level between women and men.
