Share of individuals planning to improve their dwelling in Russia 2017, by means
This survey illustrates the share of means by which individuals plan to improve their housing conditions in Russia in 2017. It can be seen that the majority (55 percent) of respondents stated that they intend on using their own funds to improve their housing conditions, whilst 36 percent of respondents claimed that they will use a mortgage loan. Only six percent of individuals surveyed stated that they will borrow from their employer to improve their housing conditions.
