This statistic represents the difficulty rating of recruiting specific skills and experiences in the Fintech industry in the United Kingdom (UK). Respondents to the survey were asked which skills or experiences were hardest to recruit in the Fintech industry. It can be seen that software engineering, systems architecture and developmentwas deemed to be the hardest skill to recruit for in the Fintech sector whereas financial and tax was the easiest.
