This survey illustrates the share of deposit types used by individuals in Russia in 2017. It can be seen that 48 percent of respondents stated that the opened deposit account and added funds, a further 34 percent stated that they save money in rubles and store them in cash. Only three percent of individuals surveyed responded that they deposited their money in mutual investment funds.
