This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted from February to April 2018 among adult Americans on their preferred airlines. The results were sorted by recent purchases based on the customers' loyalty. During the survey, 25.2 percent of respondents bought a Southwest airline ticket based on their loyalty to the brand; 21 percent of respondents purchased a Southwest ticket without any feeling of loyalty.
