
Loyalty programs: factors attracting consumers in Poland 2016
This statistic shows the results of a 2016 survey in which consumers in Poland were asked how important the following factors are in order to make a loyalty program attractive for them. Among those surveyed, 53 percent said they find the offers and promotions available as quite important, making this the most influential criteria in the provided list. The quality and quantity of the rewards shop and the possibility to collect points are also crucial factors, quoted as quite important by 42 percent and 39 percent of respondents, respectively.
