The survey results show that in 2019, survey participants who intended to stay with their current employer indicated that salary and benefits were among the main reasons motivating them to stay. Roughly 60 percent of respondents identified salary and benefits as a reason to stay, while location was a factor for roughly 40 percent of respondents.
