Uruguay: production of wheat 2011-2019
The production of wheat in Uruguay in the crop year 2018/2019 amounted to approximately 728 thousand metric tons, up from 440 thousand tons in the previous crop year. This is the first year-on-year production growth reported in the country, after three consecutive years of significant annual decrease in wheat production.
