Consumers visiting showrooms for online shopping in Italy 2017, by frequency

How many consumers visited showrooms before shopping online in Italy? In a survey conducted in 2017, 13 percent of the respondents answered that they always visit real life showrooms before shopping online. On the other hand, 38 percent stated to either rarely or never visit a showroom before purchasing goods from an online store. What is more, when planning a major online purchase, 70 percent of the Italian respondents answered, that they always research the product on the internet first.
