Information sources used when switching provider in the Netherlands 2018

The statistic displays the results of a consumer survey regarding information sources used when switching provider in the Netherlands in 2018. As part of the survey, participants were asked what information sources they used when switching/orienting to a new provider. The majority of respondents used information they found online, or relied on friends and family for advice. Over 60 percent of respondents consulted the websites of one or more other providers, whereas just three percent of respondents used daily and weekly papers as their information sources.
