The statistic displays the results of a consumer survey regarding reasons not to switch to another internet provider in the Netherlands in 2018. As part of the survey, participants were asked to indicate their reason not to switch to another internet provider. The majority of respondents indicated that they stayed with their current internet provider because they were satisfied with the offer, services and internet speed they received, whereas roughly 15 percent of respondents indicated that they did not want to invest their time and effort into researching other options.
