Reasons high invoice mobile subscription in the Netherlands 2018
The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding the reasons for high invoices for mobile subscriptions in the Netherlands in 2018. Participants who had received an unexpected high invoice in the past 12 months were asked what the cause of this high invoice of their mobile subscription was. Over 25 percent of respondents received a higher invoice than expected as a result of using a lot more data than were included in their bundle, whereas roughly 15 percent of respondents did used more call minutes than was included in the bundle.
