Reasons not to switch to another mobile operator in the Netherlands 2018

The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding reasons of consumers in the Netherlands not to switch to another mobile operator in 2018. Participants were asked what reasons they had not to switch to another mobile operator. The majority of respondents indicated that they were staying with their current mobile network operator because they were satisfied with their operator. Over 70 percent of respondents indicated that this was their reason for not switching, whereas roughly six percent of respondents did not switch providers due to fears surrounding administrative difficulties and costs.
