The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding mobile network operators in the Netherlands in 2018. Participants were asked whether they have switched to a new mobile network operator in the past three years. Just over 25 percent of respondents indicated that they had switched to a new mobile network operator in the past three years. Although the majority of respondents had not switched to a new operator in the past three years, over 20 percent of respondents had changed their subscription but stayed with the same mobile network operator and roughly ten percent had considered switching.
