In 2014, the subjects surveyed changed from business establishments with 40 or more employees to business establishments to 50 or more employees.
The source defines production volume as the quantity of products actually produced (including produced as a consignee) by the establishment that is the object of the survey (hereafter, 'the survey object'). However, products in process shall be excluded. Besides, production includes products as process goods or for consumption for other products in 'the survey object'.
Figures have been rounded. Data prior to 2016 come from previous reports.
