Non-alcoholic beer sales volume in the Netherlands 2014-2022
In 2021, most of the beer sold in the Netherlands was lager. That year, the sales volume amounted to over 8.4 million hectoliters, more than the combined sales volume of craft beer, beer mixtures and alcohol-free beer. Non-alcoholic beer however became more popular in the period surveyed here. Whereas in 2014 the sales volume amounted to roughly 260,000 hectoliters, by 2022 this had more than tripled to approximately 820,000 hectoliters.
