Flexitarians are defined as: "primarily vegetarian, but [who] occasionally eat meat, poultry or seafood". In that survey, 15 percent of respondents from Mexico defined themselves as flexitarians, whereas only four percent of Chilean and Argentinian respondents claimed to be flexitarians, respectively. The share of flexitarians in Brazil stood at 8 percent.
