Nearly a third of adults chose their motor finance product instead of another provider in the United Kingdom in 2022 because they offered a low interest rate. Meanwhile, over a quarter of adults chose their current motor finance provider because they had already been their customer. The reputation of the provider was also considered as an important reason for many adults.
