This statistic displays the revenue made with frozen food in retail in Germany in 2017 and 2018, by product category. In 2018, frozen fish was the biggest revenue earner with roughly 1.23 billion euros in revenue generated. Besides fish, pizza also generated a revenue of well over a billion euros. By far the smallest category was frozen cheese (excluding the 'other' category), with the next category being over five times larger.
