Sales of motor vehicles in Peru reached approximately 155.7 thousand units in 2019, an increase of five percent in comparison to the previous year. This was the first growth reported in the country after five consecutive years of decline in sales. That year, sales of both commercial vehicles and passenger cars in Peru registered a year-on-year increase.
