The ACSI Retail and Consumer Shipping Study 2023-2024 is based on interviews with 40,264 customers, chosen at random and contacted via email from January to December 2023. The previous iteration of the study (ACSI® Retail and Consumer Shipping Study 2022-2023) ran from January to December 2022 and counted 35,685 interviews. Figures prior to 2022 were taken from reports previously published by the same source.
