The share of online magazines and newspaper consumers in Colombia in 2020 was highest in Bogotá, where almost 29 percent of the surveyed population searched, downloaded, or read such publications via the internet. Meanwhile, just over 16 percent of survey participants living in the Amazonia / Orinoquía and Pacific regions stated they consumed magazines and newspapers online. Bogotá was also the South American nation's region with the highest share of online book consumers that year.
