Devices used to read newspapers and magazines in Finland 2016-2018
This statistic displays the result of a survey on devices used to read newspapers and magazines in Finland from 2016 to 2018. The half-year results show that print newspaper and magazine consumption was the most common reading type but showed a declining trend. Smartphone readership increased from 45 percent in autumn 2016 to 49 percent in autumn 2018. As of autumn 2018, 21 percent of respondents consumed newspapers and magazines via tablet or e-reader.
