Sales revenue of Signify 2015-2022, by country

As of 2022, the largest single share of the revenue of Signify (formally known as Philips Lighting) was generated in the United States. During this last year, around 2.5 billion euros of revenue came from the U.S., whereas 517 and 421 million euros of Signify’s revenue originated in the Netherlands and Germany, respectively. However, observing the sales revenue by geography, most of the sales of Signify originated from Americas. Specifically, 32 percent of the sales was generated within Europe, whereas nearly 38 percent came from the Americas.

Professional business group generated most revenue

Signify is a Dutch producer of lighting sources and formally a division of Philips. In May 2018, Philips Lighting changed their name to Signify, but can use the brand name Philips for their products until 2030. Looking at the total revenue of over 7.5 billion euros, roughly 2.63 billion euros came from the digital solutions. The digital and conventional products combined generated around 3.26 billion euros.

Stable net income in 2020

Despite previous fluctuating trends, Signify's total net income has steadily increased each year since 2019/ In 2022, Signify reported over 530 million euros in net income.
