Italy: survival rate of new businesses 2010-2014, by years survived
This statistic highlights the share of new businesses founded in Italy from 2010 to 2014 that were still in operation after one year or three years, respectively, after being formed. As of 2010, around 42 thousand companies were newly established in Italy, of which only about 47 percent had survived after three years. Out of the total start-ups founded in 2014, only around half of them (roughly 51 percent) were still in operation after one year.
