In 2019, Mexico's fleet of passenger transportation vehicles in circulation amounted to nearly 70 thousand units. Buses accounted for more than 80 percent of that fleet, with 56.2 thousand units. Meanwhile, the Latin American country reported some nine thousand cars for passenger transportation that year.
