In three of the five largest banks in the United Kingdom in 2024, a higher share of women than men received a bonus pay. Lloyds Bank plc had the highest share of women who had received a bonus with over 96 percent, while Santander UK plc reported almost 91 percent of women receiving a bonus pay, which was the lowest share in comparison to other banks.
