This statistic shows the annual value of non-residential property transactions on the London real estate market (UK) from 2005 to 2014. The revised data for 2013 showed a value of approximately 34.1 billion British pounds for non-residential property transactions on the London market, which increased by over nine billion GBP according to provisional data for 2014.
