The number of Italian companies listed on the Euronext Growth Market (EGM) increased year-on-year from 2015 to 2023. The Euronext Growth Market is the market for smaller and growing companies. Companies listed on EGM have lower requirements in terms of initial public offerings (IPOs), corporate governance, and information disclosed to investors. As of the end of 2023, there were a total of 203 companies listen on the EGM on the Milan Stock Exchange.
