The total value of ATM cash withdrawals made in Germany increased overall between 2014 and 2023, although with some fluctuations. Starting at 334.35 billion euros in 2014, the value of cash withdrawals amounted to 375.45 billion euros in 2023. Despite this overall increase, it was still lower than the peak value observed in 2019, when over 385 billion euros of cash were withdrawn from ATMs in the country.
