This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the most important factors when booking a hotel room online, in Italy as of May 2017. According to the survey results, for 73 percent of the interviewed Italians the most important aspect was the feedback given by other users of the facility, whereas 32 percent of the respondents admitted to search always for the most convenient price.
