Costa Rica: voting & abstention rates in 2018 presidential primaries

This statistic shows the voting and abstention rate registered during the first round of the presidential elections held in Costa Rica on February 4, 2018. Approximately 65.7 percent of the total number of officially registered voters in Costa Rica cast a vote in the 2018 presidential election primaries, whereas 34.3 percent of the electorate did not vote.
