St. Vincent & the Grenadines: corruption perception index 2012-2023

In Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the corruption perception index score remained constant at 60 points in 2022, the same level as the previous year. Even though the current score is still lower than the one achieved from 2012 to 2014, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has one of the highest scores on corruption perception in Latin America and the Caribbean.

This index is a composite indicator that includes data on the perception of corruption in areas such as bribery of public officials, kickbacks in public procurement, embezzlement of state funds, and effectiveness of governments' anti-corruption efforts. The worst possible score in perception of corruption is 0, whereas a score of 100 indicates that no corruption is perceived in the respective country.
