The statistic depicts the predicted distribution of workloads, between on-premise and various cloud types, both at the time of the survey, in 2017, and in the future, in 2020. According to the survey, reported that 37 percent of workloads are currently run on-premise, which is expected to decrease to 27 percent by 2020, with 41 percent of workloads projected to be run on public cloud by 2020.
